Rafał Piekarski Pastor, leader at Proem Foundation. He inspires people toward spiritual transformation and life in relationship with God. He will lead the main sessions at the conference.

Agnieszka Piekarska Psychologist and therapist. She leads the Tomy Family Counseling Center and women’s ministry. She will host the pre‑conference session and a Saturday seminar.

Participation Fee: €200*

*(No subsidies available — price is fixed. Early registration is encouraged.) Participation costs €200. An optional transfer service is available for international guests, costing an additional €50.

The conference will take place in the picturesque town of Wisła, at Centrum Malinka. Accommodation and meals will be provided at Hotel Vestina, located just a 3-minute walk from the venue. Enjoy the beauty of the Beskidy Mountains and the inspiring atmosphere of our event!

Are there subsidies or discounts?

No — there is no financial support available. Full price applies to all participants.

What is the pre‑conference?

It’s an optional bonus session for those seeking deeper training or discussion on social issues relevant to ministry. Agnieszka Piekarska will speak on the topic: “Common Sense — Is It Enough? How to deal with the parenting challenges of the 21st century?”

Can I skip the pre‑conference?

Yes — pre‑conference participation is optional and can be selected in the registration form. Friday dinner is optional and costs extra.

Is transportation to Wisła provided?

Yes — we can arrange pickups from Wisła’s main station or airport transfers for international guests. Please contact us to arrange.

Can I request special meals?

Vegetarian and gluten-free / dairy-free meals are available. For other dietary needs, contact us directly.

Should I bring special attire for integration?

Saturday afternoon includes outdoor fellowship. We recommend sturdy footwear and weather-appropriate clothing for light trekking.

Is participation in integration mandatory?

No — this is meant as optional fellowship time. However, experience shows it’s a meaningful opportunity for connection and growth.

No — they are optional and can be selected when registering. Pre‑conference is free for full attendees.
