- The controller of your personal data is the DeoLink Association located in Wisła (43-460), at Malinka 65D/2 street;
- We have appointed a data protection officer whom you can contact via email: iod@deolink.org or by sending correspondence to the data controller’s address with the note „DPO”;
- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing you with information about our activities and projects, arising from the statutory objectives of the Association, i.e., the pursuit of the legitimate interests of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), in accordance with the query submitted through the contact form;
- The recipient of your personal data will be Studio DR Ltd., owned by and acting on behalf of the DeoLink, as well as other entities providing hosting services, and entities and authorities to which the controller is obliged to provide personal data based on applicable laws;
- Due to the tools used by the controller to manage the database, your personal data may be processed in a third country within the meaning of the GDPR. - Your personal data will be processed until you object to the processing for this purpose
- You have the following rights:
- the right to access your personal data, in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR
- the right to rectify your personal data, in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR;
- the right to request the controller to restrict the processing of your personal data, in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR, subject to the cases referred to in Article 18(2) of the GDPR;
- the right to object to the processing of data, in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR;
- the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you believe that the data are processed in violation of applicable law;
- Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purpose of processing;
- Your data will not be processed in an automated manner.
