Privacy Notice: Information on the Processing of Personal Data - Newsletter

According to Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as GDPR, we inform you that:

  1. The controller of your personal data is the DeoLink Association located in Wisła (43-460), at Malinka 65D/2 street;
  2. We have appointed a data protection officer whom you can contact via email: iod@deolink.org or by sending correspondence to the data controller’s address with the note „DPO”;
  3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing the newsletter service, based on consent, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  4. The recipient of your personal data will be Studio DR Ltd., owned by and acting on behalf of DeoLink Association, as well as other entities providing hosting services, and entities and authorities to whom the administrator is required to provide personal data under applicable law.
  5. In connection with the tools used by the Administrator to manage the database, your personal data may be processed in a third country within the meaning of the GDPR.   6. Your personal data will be processed until you withdraw your consent for processing (by clicking the appropriate link or sending a request to unsubscribe via email). In special cases, further processing of your email address may be necessary to fulfill the request to unsubscribe.
  7. You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
  8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
  9. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purpose of processing data mentioned above.
  10. Your data may be processed in an automated manner, including profiling. This is aimed at better adapting the content of messages sent to you and optimizing the frequency of their sending.
