Image of the Participant (photographs and video recordings taken during the event)

Purpose of Processing

Promotion and communication related to the event and/or other similar initiatives of DeoLink Association.

Legal Basis for Processing

Consent of the individual The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data Retention Period

Until the consent is withdrawn.

Right to request restriction of processing,
Right to erase personal data,
Right to data portability,
Right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal,

Data Recipients

The recipient of your personal data will be Studio DR Sp. z o.o., owned and operating on behalf of DeoLink, and other entities providing hosting services, as well as entities and authorities to which the Data Controller is legally obliged to disclose personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

Transfer of Data Outside the EEA

The Data Controller does not plan to transfer your data outside the European Economic Area. However, in the case of publishing photographs/video recordings on third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook), the terms and policies of these service providers may apply.

Profiling and Automated Processing

Your data will not be subject to profiling or automated processing.

Obligation to Provide Data

Consent is voluntary and does not affect the possibility of participating in the event.
