In this “grey month”, I send you warm greetings and God’s encouragement, based on His promises! Yes, our feelings are based on the strong foundation of God’s promises!
Daily between 130 – 250 NEW people sign up to our digital discipleship courses! How incredible!
Our approach is unique – we want to assist seekers in the whole process of becoming a disciple of Jesus. It is not just “sowing”, but also watering, weeding, bringing to the point of sharing the Good News and getting involved in a local body of Christ. It is not just a theory or plan, but over 16 years – we are finetuning the process seeing thousands of people becoming active followers of Jesus. As for today, we have 177 465 people registered on our courses’ platforms, over 200 000 on our supporting mailing lists. Taking care of all of them requires serious infrastructure and lots of people! The “front liners” are our e-coaches, we have presently some 190 volunteers who are sacrificially giving lots of their time for correspondence, also volunteers for other ministries like Outback – over 400 people, etc.

Christmas with The Chosen – special Christmas event, already 170 churches signed up to host it
With the growth of this ministry – more and more people are needed! Presently we employ 41 full time staff! As for Poland, this is a lot. They are highly committed believers, mainly millennials. Our IT infrastructure is the nerve of all of it with some 90 servers, and constantly upgraded and developed software (GrowPoint) by our internal IT team.

October answered prayers:
• Wonderful conference for our e-coaches and volunteers! Over 160 attended, we had good fellowship and stimulation!
• “The Chosen” Christmas initiative was picked-up by over 100 churches!
• Every day new people continue to come to our digital discipleship courses and are served by an army of coaches. Meaningful decisions are taken!
• Plans for 2025 are in full preparation

November prayer requests:
• Strength for all our staff and volunteers, finding a balance for personal lives.
• Adding new partners for our digital discipleship platforms, presently in talks with 5 major organizations.
• New courses that are in the pipeline for our e-learning platforms.
• Wisdom in choosing new ministry opportunities, as there are so many possible paths to take, we pray about starting a new digital track.
• Guidance in our involvement in outreach in Madagascar.
• Opening hearts of donors and foundations to help us expand the ministry, also in the context of Ukraine, as the work grows but donations have decreased. We pray for a substantial funding to allow us to maintain, grow and accelerate this work. We could accomplish even more if having more resources!
• Physical strength from the Lord for dear friends – Mike MacIntosh, Peter Bye, Rob Sieval – who have been so much part of our ministry over many years.
