Spring is coming—it is such a blessing that our Lord cares for the climate, the weather, and everything around us. This allows us to stay focused on what is within our sphere of influence.
We are all aware of the changing world around us—not only politically, with the war in Ukraine and tensions involving Iran, but also technologically, with new developments in artificial intelligence emerging almost every week. How important is this for us—a group of people seeking the most effective ways to communicate the gospel of Jesus Christ to as many people as possible? It is essential that we stay up to date with cultural changes and people’s perceived needs.
A major advantage we have at DeoLink is that we are primarily a ministry reaching people directly, person to person, on a large scale. This allows us to immediately test ideas and innovations developed by our IT and Creative teams. The world is full of experts who want to consult, advise, and recommend—but very few have tools that are tested in the field and proven to work. It is the difference between manufacturing and merely recommending. Our development path is therefore faster and more effective.
Ultimately, it all comes down to the people working together toward this common goal. We recently completed another Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment, and some very interesting results emerged.

The number one strength of our team is Responsibility, followed by Belief, and then Development. This is an excellent profile for delivering strong and meaningful outcomes. According to Gallup, our weaker areas are Self-Promotion and Influencing. In other words, we are highly effective at developing and executing, but we need the right environment and financial support to maximize our impact.

Last month, I described our new approach to evaluating the outcomes of Christian outreach. We are now upgrading this system based on a new international standard developed by 153 Collective (of which we are co-creators). Our 2025 results follow a typical funnel pattern: a very large number of initial views narrows down to several thousand deeper engagements. Even so, these results are very encouraging compared to other approaches.

All of our ministries continue their daily work, connecting with hundreds of people every day. We are deeply grateful for this.
This weekend, we are hosting a conference in Warsaw for people involved in or interested in our “Second Step” platform—over 127 participants have registered. We are also preparing for another conference in Guildford, UK, focused on the “Grow Your Life” platform. In June, all weekends are dedicated to Outback Polska, and in May, our team will travel to Lithuania to support the launch of Outback Lithuania.
